ORLEN Deutschland GmbH is a company of the Polish multienergy group ORLEN S.A., which, with annual sales of 87,6 billion euro in 2023, is one of the largest companies in central Eastern Europe. Headquartered in Elmshorn near Hamburg, ORLEN Deutschland GmbH has been active in the market since 2003 and now operates more than 600 ORLEN and star petrol stations.
In 2023, ORLEN expanded its petrol station network by taking over 18 automated petrol stations in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse. In addition, the expansion of e-mobility offerings, alternative, sustainable fuels and the environmentally friendly use of resources play a central role in the corporate strategy.
In addition to inexpensive quality fuels, customers are offered a wide range of products with an attractive price-performance ratio in the shop area. Since 2003, the company has had its own product range in the Food and Car Wash segments, which currently comprises around 50 star own brands and is being continuously expanded. Innovative payment technology such as a smartphone app to pay at the pump and carwash, contactless payment, which star was the first petrol station brand to implement across its entire network, and many additional services are designed to provide our customers with exactly what they need when on the go.
