Two of the current four managing directors are leaving the management board of ORLEN Deutschland GmbH. The Polish multi-energy group ORLEN S.A., the parent company of ORLEN Deutschland GmbH, has today concluded that the Managing Directors Jarosław Marczak and Dariusz Pawlik will leave the company on 20 April 2024.
Jarosław Marczak took over as Chief Executive Officer of ORLEN Deutschland GmbH in February 2023 and was responsible for the Strategy & Projects, Human Resources and IT divisions. Dariusz Pawlik has been part of the management board since April 2018 and was most recently responsible for the areas of Supply/Wholesale/Logistics as well as Retail Fuels, Marketing and Corporate Communications.
The current management board now consists of Piotr Guział and Oskar Skiba, who will take over the duties of the departing managing directors on an interim basis.
